How can I track my order?

You will receive a parcel tracking number and the name of the courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopards Courier) via email or SMS once your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number on the respective courier company’s website to track your shipment.

For orders sent to villages, parcels are dispatched through the Post Office, and tracking may not be available online. In such cases, you will need to visit your local post office to inquire about the status of your parcel.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • For Exchange in Cities:
    • Exchange is available with a fee of 200 PKR.
    • You can return the product, and we will process the exchange once the returned item is received.
  • For Villages:
    • Please contact us to get the correct return address.
    • You will need to send the parcel back to us and share the courier receipt with us via WhatsApp. Once we receive your parcel, we will dispatch the exchange item.
